well new boss up and running with a win on a pitch that was so not ready for a football match but 3 points most important thing.

Yes - somehow scrapped through with a clean sheet. We really struggled in midfield once David Taylor had to play at right back following the injury to Danny Dyer. Not sure how David Taylor appeared around the penalty box to get the second goal - he did well in midfield when there however.At last some luck!!!!

We made a positive start. Scored a good goal but gradually reverted to deep defending routine that we all hate. When we did get forward Mark Charles Smith was oiff side every single time, including when we scored our second goal. The Ref came over to check with the linmo that he didnt touch it.
