Harrow B 1 Enfield Town 5

Boro totally outplayed today at Earlsmead by a Enfield side who were quicker, cleverer and meaner at everything they did this afternoon than us and they fully deserved their victory.
It could have have been different had Harry Newman took his chance when Enfield's keeper made a hash of a clearance but Harry put his effort over the bar when he should have scored.
From then on the whole half was Enfield's and we can't have any complaints that they went in at HT 3-0 up.
Substitutions at the start of the second half didn't really effect the outcome . Town still in control and only a consolation from Kabba gave us anything to cheer about.
Great noise from the "ultras" (fairplay) and apart from a little bit of mud on Enfield's keeper's gloves I doubt that his pristine white kit will need a wash tonight !
Two big games coming up next we must do better in them.

I agree. We were thoroughly outplayed but the thing that really killed it was the second goal. Conceding 5 seconds after taking the restart from the first goal just killed the whole morale of the team. We were second best from then on.

Like you said, it could have been different had Newman found the back of the net early on but perhaps he was still a little weary from the huge hit he took in the opening minutes.

I didn't mind the substitutions at half time as we were 3-0 down so what difference does it make. We had more of the play than in the first, as we had the extra help in midfield but it didn't really matter. There seemed to be a little confusion on the bench as all of the subs were made though as I think I heard Bakes say he changed his mind and only wanted to make 2 but whoever was going to remain on, was clearly still in the changing rooms having a shower!

George Nicholas didn't have much of an impact in my opinion but Kurtis Cumberbatch clearly has some ability like mentioned but remains quite raw.

Agree Enfield ran the show. Our players were closed down quickly and given no time on the ball. The substitutions at half time improved the performance in some respect. Marc Charles Smith on from the outset would have helped. Quite impressed with Curtis C - think he deserves a start sooner rather than later. He has pace and seems not to give the ball away - which we did in the first half. Leatherhead is one where we should expect to bounce back. Hopefully just a bad day at the office following the new year celebrations today.
