Ive nailed my colours to the mast and called it the way l see it by naming 4 players who l think should be released in the Summer.
But thats only my personal Opinion which in no way represents the clubs thinking.
So if anyone has a view please come forward the squad urgently needs freshening up in my view and total overhall in our style of play and the players needed to achieve it.

Terry, I'm surprised that you've given up on the playoffs. We can still do it! 7 points off with 9 points to play for including a match against Staines!

Am I right in saying that our poor form coincided with the departure of Kearney? Perhaps we relied on his goals too much. We've been shipping in goals left, right and centre all season but our attackers bailed us out many times with Kearney being the main man. Once he left, we found it harder to score but carried on shipping in loads of goals.

Hello Cappers very nice to hear from you.One problem is Poole have to play Staines too so its impossible.
You mention Dylan obviously hes a quality player.
But its more to do with the style of play.
Steve Baker and l were urging the players to go Long with ball yesterday but some of the players to what l saw didnt want to play that way.
Some tough thinking needed how we approach next season lve wrote how l think things should be done.
I think the whole ethos needs changing from the way the subs yesterday treated it as joke during the half time break hitting the ball far over the bar when surely the coach should have given them wriiten instructions on things to work on.
Also training itself needs to be more intense in my view.
The whole thing needs a 20% rise in standards Cappers.
