I have nothing better to do this morning (systems are down at work) so I had a look to see how old the players were that appeared for Staines on Saturday. Here is their starting XI. This is not an academy side - only 4 are young enough to still be playing youth football.
Lewis Dixon (27)
Mohamed Roundi (18)
Mack Miskin (18)
Vernon Kokurinkov (18)
Jordan Harrison (22)
Arjun Jung (25)
Festus Lori (21)
Gabriel Piorkowski (18)
Calvin Barreto (19)
Che Krabbendam (19)
Alex Yearwood (23)
When Hendon played them a few weeks ago, all 11 starting players were aged 21 and over - most were over 25.

6 Teanagers playing and they Lose 9-1.Thats not right in my book.
Staines should have been thrown out Last September.
The rules need a urgent rethink.

Why should they have been thrown out? They haven't broken any rules. You are the only person who thinks the rules should be changed.
Why should other clubs lose out on admission/bar/catering income just because a team isn't able to compete and have very wisely decided just to pay what they can afford and live within their means?
If Harrow are ever in the position Staines were in this season, would you be happy if Harrow were thrown out of the league?

Yes if we are insolvent and couldntplay our players yes we were deserve to be thrown out absolutely.

Terry, if you look at Chesham's results through to the end of September you'd have thrown them out of the league too !

Sorry Geemickey l dont remember an en masse walkout by Chesham players for not being paid.
Staines should have been Out Last September and thats it!
