Odds...

I'd imagine the BetVictor compiler, when told he'd have to go up first with the odds on all the Step Three divisions, reacted in the way Diane Abbott should react, if she's ever appointed Chancellor of the Exchequer. (Of course, she wouldn't react in the way a normal person whould react in that situation. Anyone who can shamelessly choose "The History of Jamaica" as their specialist subject on Celebrity Mastermind and not bat an eyelid in embarrassment when reinforcing the "plastic blackie" stereotype with a score of two - one of which was awarded through John Humphrys being sympathetic and generous - cannot be embarrassed by their ignorance.)
The poor sod will know the square sum of shag all about this division. It seems Salisbury were put in longer at the initial quote. It didn't take Mystic Meg to see that Weymouth were a great bet at 11/2 last July, but they seemed stable at the time. Salisbury seem about as stable as the average post-war Italian government. Just over 140% the book, so not giving a lot away.

Salisbury 4/1
Taunton Town 8/1
Gosport Borough 8/1
Metropolitan Police 10/1
Poole Town 10/1
Weston-super-Mare 10/1
Hayes and Yeading 16/1
Chesham United 16/1
Swindon Supermarine 20/1
Harrow Borough 20/1
Farnborough 20/1
Blackfield and Langley 20/1
Yate Town 20/1
Beaconsfield 20/1
Dorchester Town 20/1
Hendon 20/1
Hartley Wintney 25/1
Merthyr Town 25/1
Truro City 33/1
Tiverton Town 33/1
Walton Casuals 33/1
Wimborne 33/1

Hello Morgs well l Like a bet and Boro at 20/1 thats not bad!
Salisbury false favs they overplay too much and l doubt they have the bottle for the big games.
The other team to catch the eye would be Swindon Supermarine at 20/1 they were easily the most impressive team l saw come to Earlsmead Last season and would have them and ourselves at nearer 14/1 if l was making a book.
I know some will say Chesham with there amazing end to the season at 16/1 but they normally take 1/2 a season to start playing!
Im confident if we can just toughen up mentally for the games that matter a top 5 finish very Likely.
So Come On You Reds!

Salisbury's last match was a Six Nil home defeat to Boro.
We still have the same squad, while Mr Claridge has been upset at a few of his players leaving to chase an extra £.

At the end of last season, I heard that Gosport signed a few good players for this season including Basingstoke's best player.

I reckon Harrow Borough and Chesham Utd might both be worth a few shillings each way at those prices.

Hi Geemickey hope your having a good summer.
Chesham are normally slow starters and as for Boro we need to be tougher in the games that matter not 9-1 v Staines and 6-0 v Salisbury when theres nothing to play for.
I havent read on this forum about any new signings but we are short of ball winners in midfield.Urgently need a new keeper.Someone who can do a Long throw and a player to be Captain who can Motivate and Lead for the games you need to be win to be successful.
