Beaconsfield v Boro Match Preview.
The delights of the Southern League Cup tonight.
Unfortunately l have a business engagement this afternoon which may drag so lm not attending this one and relying on our fans excellent twitter feed and other forum members to report.
Beaconsfield they are Struggling!!!!!
So a great chance For Another Win Tonight.
There may be changes as we have a massive game on Saturday at Poole.
I would Like to see Frank Keita start he Looked good when he played a cameo role Saturday and other players on the fringes of the squad need to get a go.
We have a Lot of strength in depth now with good competition for places.
Just stick to what we have been doing well playing at good tempo and getting stuck in well and l know we shall have far too much for a poor Beaconsfield team.
Confident of winning this one and onto Poole on Saturday.
So Come You Reds!!!!!!

If Beaconsfield are a poor team, how bad must Harrow have been tonight?

Well Whispering Minotaur l could make excuses and say its a Mickey Mouse affair the Southern League Cup as most teams Like us tonight play mix of 1st team and fringe players but l wont.
Because l believe no matter who you pick you must try and win.
Lets be clear this was a bigger match for Beaconsfield than us.
We are going for promotion and Beaconsfield will probably go down.
Its a miracle that they are at this Level for many years they were in the London Spartan League.
So yes disappointing but not the end of the world!!!!!
So Come On You Reds!!!!!

I didn't go. But they certainly seem to be one of our "bogey" teams .
Would much rather have the 3 league points than progress in this cup personally.
Hopefully the lads can get those points in the upcoming league match .

Yes agreed Earlsmead Part Timer l wasnt there too!
But we got the Lead and when playing a poor team you must press hard for the second goal and that with there Lack of Confidence normally finishes them off.
So disappointing to Lose 3 goals to mediocre opposition.
As l said earlier we need to work harder for those clean sheets.
So attention now to Poole.
Very disappointed the club arent doing a coach for this one as they promised this would be one of the games they would! I would normally go with the fans group on the train but this is fully booked up!
If anyone was there at Beaconsfield Last night on forum Land please give a report!

If a football match was won on possession, Boro would have won easily, but of course its not & we didn't create too many goalscoring opportunities.
I don't think anybody can disappointed we are out of the league cup & as long as we perform in the league match against them next week we will all be happy

Thanks Middlesex Wanderer for that contribution because most of us on the forum dont appear to have made it to Beaconsfield Last night! Luckily!
One good thing that came out of the game some of our fringe players got game time etc.
As l said to Earlsmead Part Timer earlier its disappointing the club arent running a coach to Poole Saturday.
Not Least because l presume the players have to make their own way there and not arrive as a team which isnt ideal.
As this was one of the designated games for a coach and to be clear this is a big game already early in the season in my personal view its Poor Planning Not to run a Coach.
I dont know how much it costs to hire a coach to Poole on a Saturday to return the same day l would presume over £1000 but say 25 supporters pay £20 to go on the team coach thats £500 so in my view this is a False Economy for such a big game bearing in mind we already have £6000 guaranteed on our Fa Cup run.
If any forum members have a view or any inside knowledge about this please contribute on the forum.
