Right first of all well played Beaconsfield they deserved their win on their 2nd Half Performance.
1st Half we did well Ryan Moss with a poachers goal and on an other evening with some good crosses going in we could have easily been 3up.
We did the basics well got stuck in and mostly played in their half of the pitch.
This is important l will give another example from another sport about this later.
2nd Half l think we Lacked intensity.Their keeper Looked suspect on crosses yet we didnt test him enough 2nd Half.
As lve mentioned before we can be too open when the game gets stretched we do Lack a natural ball winner who can yes Kick if need be and do simple passes well.
Yes l would give Excellence a shot at this role because we are weak in that area.
Put Bluntly the 2 goals we Lost Not Good at any Level.
The first its debatable its a corner and why we are trying to play offside is a mystery for the goal.
The 2nd goal the keeper is at fault.
Hafeed a good friendly guy and this is no way personal but hes in a poor position off his Line for the ball to be chipped over him.
But far too easy a long ball one touch and its in the net.
When we were 1-0 up we were too complacent losing balls in bad areas playing back 60 yrds to the keeper etc.
There must be more urgency yes make it a Battle do Whatever it takes to win!
Short corners bin them!
All the short passing staff waste of time go long get crosses in the area and find a Fierce Determination to win not just a shrug of the shoulders we did our best.We play entertaining football etc.Give me 11 Cloggers any day who can win and fight for every ball over a bunch of Fancy Dans who Lose playing"Good Football"

Go to you tube Wales v All Blacks Rugby 2014 the Last 12mins .All Blacks are Losing to Wales are on the verge of beating them for the first time in 60 years.
What do the All Blacks do play the game in the Welsh half.
They score 3 tries in 7 mins ones brilliant ones fortunate ones a bit of both.
They all say New Zealand genius not really when the heat was on they upped the intensisty and what we can learn is that they played the game in the oppositions half you can force errors do a moment of brilliance or both!
Thats called Nous thats what we needed in a game Like tonights you wont find that writing endless notes on halfway or the FA Coaching Courses but thats a winning mentatilty in tight situations.Or if you Like common sense!
Lets hope Lessons Learned For Saturday v Carshalton.
