First of all well played to Tiverton for their win and their friendly fans.
Well where to start 2 players sent off and and a 5 -1 defeat.
We started well our pasing has improved and crossing too.Maybe need to get shots away earlier.
But good commitmment and effort.
Tivertons first goal some fans wont Like what lm going to say but their player beats 4 challenges to get the cross in for the header that goes in.
Someone should have fouled him take a yellow if necessary and we defend the free kick.
Yes its the Dark Arts if you Like but to me whatever it takes to win.
Tivertons 2nd Goal is a Basic error from the Kick off just get the ball out deep in their half near the corner.
What happens the ball gets Lost in a bad area on half way we cant clear the ball for 3 mins and they get a pen.
Score it to go 2-0 and Josh Andrew is sent off for hand ball in the box.
2 goals and a sending off that should have been avoided.
The guys showed real fight with Shaun Preddie going in where it hurts to make it 1-2 and early in the second half a blatant pen the ref missed we should have had.
Just mins later Thomas Scott goes in hard to me its booking no more but the reaction the Tiverton players is a disgrace and no doubt influenced the ref to give a straight red.
The Ref l thought had a poor game but lm loathe to critise officials too much they give up their time to Referee and without them we dont have a game.
Down to 9 its impossible and we Lost a further 3 goals.
Our new goalie Ashby-Hammond Looked good he could do nothing about the 5 goals and lm giving MoM to Lewis Cole who shown good improvement in recent weeks when he hasnt got the ball working a Lot harder.
So well done Lewis.
I have no doubt if it was11 v11 it would have been a close match.
So a bit unlucky overall.
But as ever Come On You Reds!!!!

Terry : With this approach it could have been 8 v 11, with suspensions to follow.
Relegation is becoming a serious possibility now, particularly with the sudden improvements at Hendon.
Optimism is all well and good but sometimes facts need to be faced - is it the players, the manager, the tactics or luck ?

Well l respect your view Gee-Mickey but you go on the pitch to win and some times Dark Arts are needed.
We need another striker to partner MCS.
So keep it simple 4-4-2. So thats the tactics sorted.
No problem with Steve Baker so the manager sorted.
The Players are putting in effort but need to keeping working hard on the basics.
As for Luck you make your own.
Hard Work and Dedication brings that.
Relegation.No chance weve got too many good players.
Hendon have picked up as you say but l can only think of a couple of their players that would be good enough to get in our team so lm very confident we will beat them on Boxing Day.

Interesting ;-)
Joking aside, whilst we have improved since the change of manager, there's still plenty of work to be done. We're lucky that the core of our new players know each other from Biggleswade and there's some reasonable quality amongst them. Looking forward to the Boxing Day derby, they're usually excellent fun and full of goals - may the best team win.
