A Christmas Miracle Before Us The Match On!!!
Well Done The Ref!!!!
Now the Hard Bit how do we get those 3 Vital Points!!!!
Every Bookmaker has us 6/4 outsiders even though we are home!
Not a day for total football or alike or 4-5-1 and being afraid of the Opposistion.
4-4-2 Get players in their Rightful places and take the game to WSM from the start.
Good Tempo.
Some Hard Tackles.
Let their keeper now hes in a contest from the corners yes give him a knock going for the ball.
Fierce Determination to win this.
WSM are very average with the Right Attitude and Hard Work Boro will win this one 3-1.
Come On You Reds!!!!!

Well (Terry)
We changed the keeper, we played 4-4-2.. Tried to get stuck in. BUT were CRAP.
Marc Charles-Smith is a lovely fella, always chatty in the bar etc, BUT he was not good enough 3 years ago & strangely is not good enough now.
Shaun Preddie needs a rocket up his Ar@e & concentrate on defending
Our 2 most talented players George Moore & Michael Bryan looked totally uninterested.
As a team just pass ourselves in to trouble time & again.
Worrying Times

Also we had 5 kick offs today, all 5 went out for a throw.
No one from the bench seemed concerned, so i assume it was deliberate.
In fact direction from the bench was almost non existent most of the game.

Sounds dreadful.
If things don't change/improve were relegated before Christmas.
Shocking.

Another disappointing result, the poor form continues! what changes are needed for a derby day win on boxing day?

Plenty of effort today - but that's about all.
Possession given away time and again by poor passing - not helped by players failing to find space to receive passes.
Very few chances created today - so very few clean shots at goal.
Hit and hope can work - but only by chance.
Fortunately, the other lower placed clubs in the division are not much better so Harrow's position is being masked.
Hendon and Beaconsfield are both improving so the Borough's chances are perilous if they can't up their game quickly.
It's sad to see committed supporters losing heart.

Don't know why but I think the Hendon game will be the crossroads of our season.
I remember a struggling Hendon side coming to us one boxing day a few years back struggling at the bottom in terrible form and they turned us over good and proper.
It turned their season around and they then went on a great run .
Another abject surrender and we will go down with a whimper IMO .
If we come out fighting, confident and lose all the negative baggage of the last few months we will give ourselves a chance.
It's down to the team and management . . .
What's it gonna be ?

I think 2-0 up at home and losing 3-2 vs Swindon was a killer for us. We have a run of games now where we must pick up points.
Hendon
Walton
Merthyr
Hayes
Blackfield
Hartley.
That takes us upto February. We need 10 points minimum from those games to give us some breathing space. Anything less and I’d consider us down and out

Thank you for listing the upcoming fixtures Red harrow! I believe we are capable of getting of getting 14 points from those games.

If Boro can't get 9 - 10 points from those games relegation will be fully deserved and will probably follow !

Perhaps when Anthony O'Conner is fit enough to return (hopefully on NYD) we might offer a bit of threat going forward. Without serious improvements we will do well to win any of those up coming games.
Not sure what the situation is with Mark McLeod, but if he is still a Boro player I would bring him back to play in front of the back four. allowing Jordan Ireland to play a little further forward, which would only leave room for either Lewis Cole or Michael Bryan unless George Moore plays as the 2nd striker
