It's Hard To Accept Tonight's Scoreline Because We Deserved A Point At The Bare Minimum.
First Of All Good To Read Steve Bakers Honest Apprasial Of Things In His Programme Notes.
The Fans Appreciate Straight To The Point Stuff And That Was A Well Written Piece By Steve.
As For The Game Town Colours & Myself Got Our Wish of MCS & Anthony O'Connor Starting With Liam Ferdinand Making It A Forward 3.
Anthony Was Most Unlucky Not To Score Early Doors and Marc Did Well Holding The Ball Up Putting A Shift In.
With Liam Scoring Our Pen All 3 Forwards Made A Good Contribution.
We Saw Far More Steel And Direct Play.
Getting The Ball In Good Areas And A Far More Combative Approach.
After We Went 1-0 Up It Was Disappointing Conceding An Equaliser On The Brink Of Half Time.
Then Cheshams Winner Which Was a Fluke Goal Our Goalkeeper Matt Hall Misjudging A Ball Under The Lights And The Ball Deemed To Have Crossed The Line.
We Saw An Excellent Reaction From The Players Putting In Hard Work & Effort For The Cause.
Im Sure If We Can Put The Same Sort Of Performance Saturday Our First Win Of The Season Will Come Versus Western Super Mare.
Man Of Match Anthony O' Connor His Hard Work And Effort Was Excellent.

Much better performance from the team.
Was refreshing to see Boro getting bodies in the opposition box from open play and not just set pieces.
As Terence has mentioned a brutally honest piece from the manager.
A few fresh (and hopefully fast & strong) faces in the team is certainly needed.
When was the last time that Boro scored a penalty in 3 successive games??

Yes Agreed What You Say About Steve Baker I Like His Honesty In Not Making Excuses And Telling It As It Is.
Work Rate And Determination Can Go A Long Way In Winning Matches And We Were Desperately Unlucky Last Night.
Same Team To Start Saturday And Style Of Play And We Shall Get Our First Points Of The League Season Against An Average Weston Super Mare Side.

The side had a much better balance to it with Jordan Ireland playing at the back rather than midfield. Worth persevering with the formation that played Tuesday. Definatly deserved a point with the starting eleven all having good games. No doubt Steve Baker will be pleased with the improvement. Weston match on Saturday could well provide our first points of the season.
