I Was Shocked To Read Of The Sudden Death of Bob Spires Known To Us All As "Spider"
Always A Ready Smile and Willing To Give An Opinion On How Borough Are Doing.
I Remember Fondly Him On The Many Away Trips Over The Past Few Years To Exotic Places Like Dorchester and The Boat Across To Gosport.
Fans Like Bob Are The Lifeblood Of Non League Football Supporting The Local Team Through Good Times and Following Boro The Bad Too!
So My Deepest Condolences To Bob's Family and I'm Sure When The Football Returns at Earlsmead Us Fans Can Remember Bob and His Loyal Support.
God Rest Him.
