That Was Absolutely Excellent In Character And Determination In Coming From 2-1 Behind But Also Excellent Levels Of Skill And Doing The “Basics” Well.
We Started On The Front Foot And Were Rewarded With James Ewingtons Good Finish After 2 Mins But That Old Adage Of Being Vulnerable Just After You Score A Goal Came To Haunt Us When We Made A Rare Error Today Of Letting A Ball Bounce Instead Of Hoying Out Of Play As They Would Say In The North East!
Then To Be Fair Ramsgate Scored An Excellent 2nd Goal With Good Movement and Finishing Which Was Excellent Football.
But Frank Keitas Cool Finish Just Before The Break Got Us In At 2-2!
James Ewingtons Assured Finish Gave Us That Lead 3-2 And George Moore’s Excellent Solo Run And Finish Wrapped It Up To Make It A Very Satisfying 4-2 Win In A Most Entertaining Game.
We Have Got The Right Gameplan Of Getting The Ball In Good Areas,
With Good Width And Crosses.
Hitting The Channels Well And Playing The Game As Much In The Opponents Half.
A Word On The Ramsgate Fans Who Were A Credit To Their Club.
Friendly And Knowledgeable About The Game.
I Would Give That 10/10 Easily For That Great Win!
Man Of The Match A Toughie!
But l Think George Moores Solo Run And Finish And His All Round Work Rate Makes Him My Man Of The Match!
Here’s To A Home Tie When The Draw Is Made Monday For The 2nd
Qualifying Round!

A good win Saturday with George Moore outstanding. I agree with you Terrance about him being MOM. It was another rare appearance of him playing on the left. It rather reminded me of his magnificent performance at Salisbury when we beat them 6-0 a few seasons ago. Am hoping he gets the opportunity to make that position his own.

Hello Dave Town Colours.
I Think With That Wonderful Goal And George’s Overall Workrate He Was A Deserving Man Of The Match But There Were Quite a Few Contenders!
He Played That Left Side Role Well And The Good Thing Was He Was Demanding The Ball And Really Putting In A Shift As They Say.
Our Efforts Saturday Certainly Have Been Rewarded With A Very Winnable Tie Away Against A Very Average Welling Team Who We Should Be Confident Of Beating On September 18th!!!

Moore playing on the left certainly allows for opportunities for him to cut inside and unleash one of his shots

Yes Agreed HarrowRed About George.
He’s Got License To Run Into Space,Get The Ball And Either Shoot Or A Great Run We All Saw On Saturday For That Great Goal.
I Suppose In The “Old Days” It Would Be A Inside Left Or In Modern Day Jargon A False Number 9 l Suppose Playing Off The Strikers.
I’m Excited About This Cup Tie At Welling!
Playing Against A Team That Are Conceding On Average 3 Goals A Game In The National League South!

Great result and by all accounts a great performance.
I'm starting to think that I'm a bad omen. If I miss a game because I'm working we win.
Apologies in advance to the club - I'll be attending the next round match.
Personally a nice away game from the draw on Monday . You can't beat a good cup away day.

Thanks Majors Hat.
I Think Your Contribution As Well As Others In Us Playing A More Physical And Direct Game Has Defo Been Taken On Board With The Vast Improved Performances Of Today And Hendon.
As For The Cup Draw “Home Sweet Home For Me”And l Forgot To Mention In My Match Report Some Praise For The Referee Who Played An Excellent Advantage After A Foul To Allow James Ewingtons 2nd Goal.
Me Praising A Ref Doesn't Happen Often But We Are All Grateful Deep Down That People Give Up Their Saturday Afternoons To Ref and Be Linesman!

Yep well done Boro.
I feared for the worst when they made it 2-1 and they had chances , but we ran out deserved winners.
As u say Terry excellent resilience and character to comeback.
Frank Keita just shaded it for me for Man of the Match . But all put in a great effort.
Also nice to speak to David Taylor at HT . Top bloke and Harrow Borough legend.
All the best in your recovery DT.
