Don't panic Mr Mainwaring but it's looks like my predictions last week r coming true.

Don't make any plans to watch a Boro game for the rest of this year as my prediction is everyone will be called off .

Standby for a lengthy supension next year and probably another voided season come May.
Lather, rinse and repeat for 2023and who knows perhaps 2024 ?

Don’t Panic! God Almighty How Did We Ever Win 2 World Wars I Ask Myself Sometimes!
The Show Must Go On!
Now Hang On A Sec!
Hayes & Yeading Do Have A Youth Section l Believe.
If Borough & Hayes & Yeading Can Raise Squads Of 14 Each Then The Match Should Be Played.
I Would Like The Southern League To Inform Us How Many Hayes Players Are Down With COVID.
As For Seasons Suspensions Earlsmead Part Timer l Think We Must Get On With It Now With So Many Vaccinated And Show Some Old Fashioned
Determination To Get On With Things.

League rules state that if a team has fewer than 13 available registered players then the game will be called off.

Hendon's past three matches have been postponed because, with 9 players testing positive for COVID, a further two having to self-isolate due to Government rules and four others long-term injured, we had just 7 available players - including no goalkeeper - for our games against Swindon, Gosport and Yate. In addition, we have no physio or manager available.

I can assure you that the league require an awful lot of evidence and proof of positive tests and / or players not being available before they're willing to call a game off. I spent six hours yesterday compiling evidence for the league and nine last Friday - it was bloody exhausting.

Thankfully, all of those that tested positive will be out of isolation early next week and with luck, our festive fixture can go ahead.

Thanks John For Explaining And All The Hard Work Your Putting In There At Hendon.
Without People Like Yourself And Those At Borough Working Hard As Volunteers We Wouldn’t Be Able To Enjoy The Great Game Of Non League Football.

Agreed. I can't begin to imagine the hardwork and hassle the likes of Boro, Hendon and other clubs in the league have had to go through to keep things "ticking" over , must be horrendous.

Mind you I see SAGE r now calling for a lockdown before Xmas now .
What odds have u got for that Terry ?
So all your hard work may yet be undone John.
I hope it isn't.

I believe some matches will be cancelled for Covid but think the season will complete. Might be a busy Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday fixture list come March and April
