Taunton v Harrow Borough Match Preview

A Long Trip For Borough Just Before Christmas On A Tuesday Night Is Far From Ideal And A Poor Piece Of Fixture Planning From The Southern League.
Hopefully We Can Take Heart From The Tiverton Win Of A Week Ago.
We Know What To Expect From Taunton.
A No Holds Barred Physical Clash And Plenty Of Long Balls Into Our Box!
We Will Match Them No Fear And We Definitely Have More Skilful Players.
I Hope Whatever The Result That The Players And Management Put On A Display For The Club In Memory Of Stuart Hobbs.
I’m Back To My Favourite Scoreline Tonight Of 2-1 To Borough And Please Forum Friends Your Scorelines Very Welcome Please.
Come On You Reds!!!

I'm a taunton supporter we do have skillful players we have just signed a league player and most of our players have been signed from the conference South who are good players we have a big budget here one of the best in the league, and one of the best attendances in the league you will struggle tonight.

Taunton have a good home record and from their last 5 games home and away have 3 1-1 draws and 2 2-1 wins. I think they will be too strong for us tonight, winning 2-1 but hoping we can get something.

To be fair to the Southern League Terry if I remember rightly ( I could be wrong.) I'm sure this was the game which was postponed because of our FA Cup 1st round match at Portsmouth.

I think we are going to lose this game as well as Harrowred . Its just to far to travel mid week and put in a good performance , would be just the same if we were travelling east to somewhere like Leiston.

Nevertheless I shall be travelling to Taunton to cheer the lads on.

That’s Great Support Your Showing Earlsmead Part Timer.
I Hope It’s Rewarded With A Borough Win.
I Take Your Point About The Fixtures Now.

I've noticed that the Southern League do try to make midweek games local or at least localish but of course there is nothing they can do for games like this one that were due to be played on a Saturday but have had to be rearranged.
