Sounds Like A Very Dramatic Second Half At Earlsmead And Of Course Disappointing To Lose A 2-0 Lead And George Being Sent Off.
I Must Mention First Great Thanks To Hendon Twitter Post About Stuart Hobbs And Picture Of Both Teams Before Start On Centre Circle.
Please Anyone Who Went Be Very Interested In Your Views On The Forum.

I thought it was a terrific game of football, really watchable fayre.

Harrow were full value for the 2-0 lead at the break and arguably could easily have been better set at the break but for a good save from Burbidge and one off the line from a free kick. Every time Ewington and Moore broke we simply couldn't lay a glove on them. We were much better after the break and in spite of what went on were probably good value for the point at the end.

Looked an absolute stone-wall penalty for handball by Hamza that was turned down but there could be no arguments about the spot kick at the other end. I must admit, I was nervous that the debutant goalkeeper, who looked very assured, was going to make a name for himself.

No idea what happened for Moore's red card. I think our lad was naive going to ground forcefully two minutes after the ref had sent Moore packing. Shouldn't have put the referee in the position to even up the numbers especially as there was no real danger.

As always, nice to catch up with some familiar faces who were good to us when we shared at Earlsmead. Good luck for the rest of the season!

Boro played really well in the first half Ewington with two great finishes, while George Moore ran Hendon ragged.2nd half was a nasty encounter. When the score was 2-1 a clear handball was ignored by the officials which would have given boro a penalty Then a few minutes later the referee gives Hendon a penalty to bring scores to 2-2. Worse followed George Moore won a full blooded challenge in midfield, two more tackles followed before the game was stopped the player that George had tackled was holding him down, while a full on handbags session broke out. The ref consults the Lino & the upshot is a red for George. Scandalous!
Within a minute of the restart Hendon's sub who had just come on lunged at Lewis Cole & the ref was only to happy to even things up!
Both teams had chances to win , Hendon had a couple of shots over the clubhouse, ours were a bit nearer to the goal !
Special mention to our debutant goalkeeper, Lovre Drazic who had a faultless display.

Very disappointing to drop two points after a strong first half. Was an interesting lineup with only 1 pure central midfielder. Worse to lose Moore for upcoming games. Walton now above us. Must win vs them for me but they’re in good form. A win today would have kept us among it so we need to go on a run now
