Just got back and I'm absolutely gutted. A last gasp winner for them in the last minute of 10 minutes of injury time !
Although to be fair to the ref the 10 mins were fully justified IMO after an injury to a Yate player and the predictable time wasting of our opponents while they were 1-0 up.
Thought they were the better team first half and we the better in the second half and a draw would have been a fair result.
The lads put a real good shift in and to come away with nothing a bitter pill to swallow.
Oh well . . . . . on the plus side the Yate fans I chatted to were very friendly and the club for their size looked very well run .
On to Gosport . . . . . !

While I'd agree with most of the comments from those that were there ,one major incident has been missed.James Mansfield challenges for a cross which was fair ,the keeper holds the ball and play should go on.The keeper then two handed shoves JM to the deck.Blatant pen and the Homer in black gives a free kick to the home side even though the original incident was deemed play on.What?A free kick for cheating.

Very good point , it should have been a penalty & a red card. During a period of the match when we were well on top.
