I think it would be appropriate to have a minute of applause for Terry before kick off on Saturday.
Terry was never silent so applause would be a fitting tribute?

I think it's great that the club have dedicated an article on the website to Terry and will hold a minute's applause for him. I can't imagine what it must have been like for him to find out completely out of the blue that he only had a few weeks to live when going for just a routine appointment about his leg. Dreadful and only 54.

Very sad news. Condolences to Terry's friends and family.
He will be sadly missed on the forum and at the matches, which he so loved.
The Borough have lost a true supporter.

Very sad to hear about the passing of Terry. I sat with him in the stand at a Northwood FC memorial match in quite recent times. Little did I know but a few months later Terry would pass himself. Terrible that his life ended this way at such a young age as well.

I was so sorry to hear that Terry Noonan had passed away, so young too. I moved from Carlyon Avenue to live in Swindon in the late 1960's, but maintained my connections with the club through the website and the excellent fans forum. In recent years I submitted a number of postings and Terry always responded to them, as he probably did with other contributors to the forum. It was then that I realised how passionately Terry loved the club, and football generally. I was pleased to see that in the club announcement that the club will honour his memory with a minute's silence at the next home game. I read that he always stood in the same place at every game he attended. I wondered if the club had thought about making a permanent memory for him by placing a small commemorative plaque in the place where he stood at every game he attended. I'm sure that he will be greatly missed.
My condolences to his family and all those who knew him.

Sadly Eddie, Terry Noonan's father has passed away this week after a short illness.
Eddie was at Earlsmead when we played Swindon in March, a number of supporters joined him for the minutes applause for Terry. He donated a couple of hundred pounds to the club in his sons memory that day too.
Eddie was an ever present with Terry in the 70/80/90's stood at the end of the stand.
Rest in Peace.
