So far

1-0 defeat v Haringey.
3-1 win v Ware.
2-0 win v Dunstable.

For context, Haringey drew 0-0 with Chelmsford in their second friendly.
Ware beat Chelmsford in their first friendly and lost 3-2 to Saffron Walden after us.
Dunstable beat Hayes and Yeading 4-3 before their loss to us.

I know we can't read too much into friendlies but I'm a lot more optimistic now than what I was a few weeks ago. We played really well against Ware according to Middx Wanderer. Our new skipper who has a fair bit of experience in this division expects us to come at least mid-table. Muhemba got 29 goals last season. If he can get half that amount for us this season, that would be pretty good as long as we've got others that chip in with goals too.

Yeah I wouldn’t get ahead of ourselves. This’ll pretty much be a completely new side though and with a young progressive manager, we could be due a fun team. I think it had gone slightly stale under SB. We leaned too heavily on youngsters and paid the price. I’m hoping and hearing there will be a good balance of youngsters mixed in with experienced heads. I believe the goalie is experienced, someone who has played for us before and played regularly at step 4 last season.

I hope Jordan gets his people and players in who he can trust and instill into them that "underdog spirit" we will need.

We've got no money ,no resources, no one cares and no one gives us a chance. Everybody will have written us off.

B#ll#cks to the lot of them I'd say, be mentally strong and go out there this season and show them exactly what you and Harrow Borough can do.
