My apologies to the Chesham fans who frequent this forum, as I have put the mockers on you with £20 to win it. Also had a cheeky £5 on Basingstoke at 50/1. They won their division last season and promoted clubs normally have a good season.

Walton were losing 2-0 at Winchester when the game was abandoned but I’m guessing the bookies haven’t taken that into account.

Two shrewd bets there Major - Chesham have kept most of the squad who reached the playoffs last season and will be looking for improvement, so I hope they will keep your hopes alive and give you some fun right up to the end.
I half-expect Basingstoke to be in with a shout too. Their odds may prove to be very generous.
Perhaps a fiver on Brackley and a couple of quid on Hungerford could get your money back if the first two fail.
Harrow Borough ? They were very lucky to survive relegation in the end. The players who've left put you in that position so it's not bad news if so many have moved on. It would be nice if you could have a season in with a shout of the playoffs but mid table would be considered a success by many, even if it makes for a dull season.
Let's hope you make a good start to build some confidence at the Borough - and an FA Cup run would be nice.

I would very much take 17th and a solitary win in each of the cups.

Three promotions in three seasons since a consortium of seven 19 year olds took over the club. Having watched their episodes on 'a bunch of amateurs' it appears that there are 4 of them now running the club.
Obviously some family money behind them from the Surrey stockbroker belt.
Their management team come over really well in the YouTube series.
Ex Boro CB Mitchell Gough was with them last season and features quite a lot in the series.
A quick look through their twitter feed since the end of last season shows them signing a few players, but don't appear to be throwing huge money at it. Keeping faith with the majority of the squad that finished second to Basingstoke.

They seem to have been very generous to us. Not sure what that is based off of. I’d have thought Hendon would have been more likely than us.
Walton may find it tough going, I would still have Bracknell ahead of them. Are we going to do another forum prediction competition?

Totton who were 66/1 are now at 10/1.
Must have been a few of their fans placing bets to bring it down.
