A good overall performance today and great to get that first away league win.
Probably helped to settle the team down with the early goal from the penalty and the Boro deserved the win. But with the second penalty missed and City's late goal at the end we got the typical nervy Boro finish .
Very heavy pitch after continuous rain, I'm glad the game went ahead. The penalties and sending off correctly called by the ref imo.

A decent performance, on an awful pitch. The conditions probably forced us to get the ball forward quicker
& we are a better team playing that way.
Apparently & not surprisingly that ground failed a ground grading last season. How they are still allowed to play at step 3 there is a mystery. When nothing has been done to improve it. It's also very unfair on all the clubs that have spent vast sums on money constantly to keep up with the ever changing regulations

I remember reading about them arranging a ground share this season at Havant & Waterlooville but for some reason are still playing at their ground in Winchester. Does anyone know why that is? Great win by the way!

Conveniently the ground share ‘fell through’ and they’ve had to use their home ground again. Clearly a loop hole they have found!
