Can't fault the effort, we stayed in the game.
Sadly the opposition goal keeper had a very easy day as he wasn't seriously tested in the entire 90 minutes.

Thanks for the update. Did the new players look an improvement? Credit for going. It looks like it’s going to be a struggle.

There were no new players that started this match. Ross Oulton started after being out injured. He looked his usual self but sadly went off injured again. Doubt he will be available to play many matches because of his injury. A new player - Clarke replaced him. He looked OK. The subs that came on otherwise were long term existing players. The pitch was hard and control difficult. The team put in a good shift. We have scored one goal in our last 7 matches. We are in desperate need of a striker although the trouble is we are not creating reasonable opportunities. Their keeper did not have a shot to save. The crosses put into the opposition box don't find one of our players most of the time. It might help if one of our attackers went near post.
