Well, we have lost Hendon, Chesham and Hanwell and gained Rayners Lane. While there are less long journeys (although Moneyfields are in Portsmouth) there is no overall addition of very local clubs in the fixtures.
I heard JB has returned to Egham. I don’t really know how to assess his reign. He was on a hiding to nothing to start with and had undoubtedly strengthened the team during the season. Looks like we will be starting again from scratch.

Whilst not on our doorstep, Ashford, Hanworth, Southall and Uxbridge are all pretty close by in reality.

Horndean are near Portsmouth as well as Moneyfields but once the A3 is sorted not too bad a journey. Overall travelling down - and hoping for an away weekend in Guernsey.
Interestingly no reprieves were granted at step 3 level - well so far anyway from what I can see.
Looking forward to seeing around 10 new grounds not visited before.
Hopefully we will make the play offs🤞although will be a tough ask.

The early favourites will be Kingstonian & Walton, Farnham and maybe Leatherhead or Rayners Lane.
The sooner a new manager is appointed the better in my opinion. Lots of players are already being ‘signed’ and fixtures being arranged. I would think Berry would take a handful back with him to Egham. Quite a few will probably see them as better players than step 5 but I believe Egham tend to have a decent budget.
I’d like to see us keep Yorke, Seabrook, Gurteen, Ibrahim, Tutton, Talla, Muhemba and Mitchell. In reality maybe we can keep one or two but I don’t see many remaining.
If Marc Charles-Smith is an option, might we see the likes of George Moore, Michael Bryan, Shaun Preddie etc return. They were all at step 4 last year.

Just been looking around the social media scene as well as other bits n bobs & have noticed like every year the player commitment train has started earlier.
No surprise there.
As a new Harrow fan I’m stunned to see that at present there is no manager in place.
In all my years I know that once you loose a manager along with relegation the one thing you must do is get someone in double lively so as to get ahead of the game as best you can with a view to getting the best players you can, in n on board.
The central league is going to be the strongest & toughest it’s been in 20 yrs this coming season and player recruitment is massive.
I notice that already 4-5 players have gone to egham( no surprise) but at present it doesn’t appear to be our best 3 player ibs, Gurteen & tobi…..good help us.
I’m fearing if someone isn’t in place very quickly they’ll be little time to build a squad capable of staying in the league let alone gaining at least play-offs & back2backs demotions is likely.

Of course ideally we would have a manager in place & players committed to us.
Remember there are very few contracted players at step 4 so untill they sign league registraon forms in June they are not signed & even then only seven days notice is required to approach them
I think a new manager wiill be announced soon.

I wouldn't disagree. I don't know the situation at Corinthian Casuals but they suffered two relegations in a row.
We're at a big disadvantage by not having a manager in place and building a squad.

Yes would like one in place sooner. Annoying it took so long to decide whether Berry was staying or going. Any new manager though will have players he trusts and that will follow him regardless.

If HB want a good chance of immediate success maybe Andy Leese (ex-Chesham, Enfield Town & Kettering and currently just installed at Hayes & Yeading) would relish the challenge ?
He has excellent contacts but would probably want more money than Borough would want to pay.
Someone who actually cares about Harrow Borough and has leadership qualities would be a low-risk signing -
an ex-Borough player like M C-S might fancy a crack at management .......
