A tough game for Boro , "moneybags" Farnham definitely going to be the team to beat this season in the league and their going to hand some teams a real hiding I reckon at home.

But I didn't think we played that bad perhaps a couple of individual errors for a couple of their goals didn't help and if one of our two disallowed goals would have stood and it would have gone 1-1 (I couldn't see anything wrong with it ) the game might have turned out differently.

Oh well , learn from it, move on and on to the next game .

C'mon the Boro !

The first disallowed goal was nonsense, the goal should stood. At 1-1 , we would have been right in the game.

Farnham are a very good side, on that form will not lose many games.

Watched the highlights on YouTube several times & you’re so right, that goal should have stood to make it 1-1.
Stupid decision by the Ref.

One thing I did notice & had noticed at a couple of early games is that we are short in midfield to control a match & dictate how the games should go.
Think 3-4 players are not upto it, not do much physically or even technically but on a game understanding front, almost clueless & not with it.
Hopefully they’ll be 3-4 additions to the squad asap so as Harrow don’t fall off quickly…which I’m afraid I can see happening without extra help.
Thankfully 4-5 teams have started slowly and probably given us a buffer.

Yes I think adding to the central midfield is a must. We have a decent number of players at the back and enough going forwards. Imran Uche seems to have disappeared from Rayners Lane. I’d be straight on the phone to him but sadly you’d probably have to also be on the phone to the bank for a loan. Leo Donnellan has turned up at Hanwell and Mark McLeod seems to be at Uxbridge with Lewis Cole. I’d take any of them back too.

Kickie Dzimba who scored a lot for Holyport last season and joined Uxbridge in the summer, left for Binfield and scored on his debut yesterday. I’d have liked him to have been added to our strike force. Ronny Mfinda has mostly been a bench player since joining Hendon. A dual reg for him would be awesome too.
