A tad fortunate today. Still an exciting end with Jethro winning a penalty. Can’t see why Leatherhead are so far down the table. They had the better chances but there was some good defending from Harrow albeit too often in recovery mode having either played the opposition in or been caught square. Overall I have been really impressed with the shot blocking this season.

I have only just realised that Ian Selley was the visitors manager. I would never have been so vituperative when he got booked early on had I known.. I suspect he was looking my way after I advised the referee to give him a red. I was on the North Bank when he had that terrible injury. A real tragedy. Great to see him still involved in the game. If you are reading this Ian, thanks for everything.and best wishes for the future.

Unless i'm mistaken, I think the card was given to an assistant or coach. I am referring to the incident when the ball was bounced frustratingly down in front of the dug outs very early on.

Spoke to Ian before the game, very lovely chap and seemed quite happy to be stopped for a quick chat.

Really enjoyed my first visit of the new era, the whole atmosphere was much better than previous seasons, fans and players alike. Can't wait for the next game i can do!

After 10 games a great start for Boro.

Also excellent commentary and coverage of the game
over the internet.
Well done to all who were involved in it.
Will there will be more coverage like that for the rest of the season ?
I hope so, it's great for the many Boro fans/exiles etc who can't get to all the games.

You'll be pleased to know that most Saturday home matches will have live commentary .
Unfortunately it's unlikely for midweek games thou..
