A few ex Boro players may now be coming back. Harefield totally outplayed us in the MSC last season but we eventually won on pens. Now doubt David Taylor will be back with Wayne. DT was a good player for us over a number of seasons. Unfortunately he had a bad injury but still came to watch the team before moving on. Good luck Wayne!

Harefield announced it for us! I’d have thought the gentleman’s agreement would be to allow us to announce it. Oh well.
He was a name mentioned on here a few times. Got Hanwell promoted from this league as a joint manager. Left to take over at Chertsey. Had them about top 5 after the first 7/8 games when he left after differing opinions with the board I believe. Just had the season at Harefield, finishing 4th and losing the playoff final. Believe he applied for our job previously.
You’re right about a few ex Boro players. George Nicholas, Maxwell
Holland, Lewis Cole and David Taylor. DT was announced a week ago as a player coach for the upcoming season for Harefield. But at the same time Wayne Carter was announced as staying so let’s see what happens. Lenny Farhall scored 32 in 49 for them last season. He was previously with our youth teams. Gareth Chendlik also had a spell for us in the 13/14 season. He scored 21 in 49 for them last season. I’d expect to see most of them in pre season. Probably along with Jack Hutchinson, Luke Brophy and a few others
Who made 40+ appearances for the hares last season.

Have spoken to someone who has been involved down at Harefield. He thinks the majority, if not all of the players, will go from Harefield to Harrow to start pre season. Expected then to keep 7-10 players that he knows and trusts to build his squad around.
