Away to Tiverton to start. First home game against Winchester.

Met Police at home on Boxing Day
Hayes away 2nd January.

Finish with Yate Town at home on the final day.

As a fan of any team I always think playing newly promoted teams early on in the season can mean you're on to a "hiding for nothing" as they are dead keen and really up for it.

Be interesting how we handle it . I reckon it's a tough start.

As always with Boro, it really could go either way.

I think we can beat Tiverton, Winchester, Hanwell, Dorchester, Hendon, North Leigh, Beaconsfield and Swindon who we face in our opening 11 games. We could of course lose all of those games too. This takes us up to October. Hopefully we will be in the top 8 by that point. We will know by that point of the season what kind of team we have.

If we have a reliable goalie (Drazic), Adenola back and another addition to central midfield I think we will have a good side. I like the additions of Sharman in defence, Songolo looks a physical presence and Williams has added goals from the wide areas.

I note Yasin Ben El-Mhanni is on trial with Reading at the moment so unlikely he returns to us but that would be a good addition too.

Griffith, Biler, El-Mhanni, Oduteko, Brown, Mitchell, Evans

Looks a decent team. Another CM is a must in my opinion though.
