Have you read there may be new owners of the ground. Is the current agreement in writing and guaranteed by the new owner in writing? Is there guarantees that the "engagement" will end in marriage?

have other clubs got winding up orders?
have all clubs submitted a budget that satisfies the league (I believe a requirement)
have any other club (pretty much accepted as fact) not paid players over the season.

Its one thing to say "all equal" (technically true), but each looked at on merit. If not, how come league has demanded a bond from some clubs and not others.

The league will want proof of a lot of things.

He hopes the deal will be approved by the EFL this week in time for Nuneaton to be accepted for next season at the National League North’s own annual meeting on Friday.

Also, some denied that he could be involved in two football clubs. He himself has stated that is not possible and even ownership of the ground needs permission.
