thought i would just mention this
so often on here we are bombarded with opinions on how badly we are run
our predicament is minuscule compared to these figures
the march wage bill 140k ( dont sound much when you say it quick )
average match day takings 25k
60k a month from banqueting facility
EFL parachute payments 16k a month
BUT the wage bill DWARFS all of that
other savings can be worth 50k a season this is akin to pissing into the wind
the owner who wants out ( whats new ) we know all about these matters dont we
pumps in 150k a MONTH and has already written off 10 MILLION !!!!!
idiot ? possibly but he is reviled by the fans for the clubs demise any similarities pro rata ?
you work it out cus i cant
oh and the club Chesterfield
the owner Dave ALLEN . .
no not that one but you could be forgiven for thinking it
BTW they struggle to ply their trade two leagues above the likes of Redditch Barwell etc and US.
we have no rich backer just some local business men a lot to be said for it sometimes
so next time you ( me ) feel like slating Jimmy and co off just stop and pause
happy days
