Really happy for Jimmy

What a difference 3 days can make.
There is no doubt that Jimmy Ginnelly has worked his socks off for the Boro. It can't have been easy for him to have lost to Bury and Barwell and found his team at the bottom of the league and out of the cup. Tonight's performance must have gone some way to give him a good nights sleep.
The team selection looked spot on, and the long ball tactics were replaced with the occasional long ball but lots of playing the ball on the ground as well. St Ives looked a decent side, and had a bit of luck being awarded a penalty for hand ball after their player blasted the ball into a boro player at point blank range. However, the Boro players all looked up for this game and grew in confidence as time went on. Some lovely flowing football from Boro in the second half and a great team performance by all of the team.
No need for a survey for Jimmy to find out how to pull the crowds in. I think he might have found the answer tonight.
