That's fine, but with respect do it once or twice at most, we have memories its part of being human and if I do forget I can always look it up.
I know you are trying to educate us -the ill informed rabble you seem to think we are but you are the only one cutting and pasting the same stuff 2 or 3 times a week, its so patronising. Try keeping a log of what you post it might help you remember.
