Yep and there is now planning permission to demolish Kingsholme.

At one stage police said there were community safety powers - as a fire risk hazard - to seize the building.

As for Liberty Way there were no calls to compulsorily purchase it when Nuns lost their ground so I can t see why it would be seen as any different now.
