Very true;

Same applies to Bromley (National) and 1874 Northwich (NPL West) and about 250 clubs in-between, That excludes clubs below level 8 (where boro start; if they start).

Why oh; why should a club that has come 2nd in the 5th tier just four times (last one 40 years ago) and have never got past QF of trophy even consider FL as a possibility. A club that has gone bust at least 3 times with several close shaves.

I said "the absolute maximum of expectation and that (at least) 15 years away" and not a realistic one..
