Forget the building a Stadium scenario, that can be planned over many years...20 to 30 years.

I would say JG had to raise between £250k & £350k to operate/to achieve his own ambitions & to live his dream.

Corby Town set a budget of £3,500 a week & have recently had to make budget cuts...that's at Level 8/Step 4.

40 weeks x £3,500 = £140,000 + close season (say £25k) = £165k.

I don't think you can forecast how much it would cost to play at Level 9/Step 5, because it is effectively 'Amateur' football.

So, IMO, a figure of £100k is a realistic target for them to start with, if they can find a football ground to rent?
