Let's be absolutely clear about this Hulla before you try to dominate the forum for the rest of the morning (that's a joke).

To gain a satisfactory Planning Permission & finance, design & construct a new Stadium within the next 5 years would be a real achievement, due to the complexity of such a proposal & the time taken in working through the Planning process.

My advice to all Boro supporters, is to get it into your thinking that a 5-year groundshare at HLR is a realistic outcome & should be accepted...any improvement on that position would be a real bonus.

Also, the new consortium owners need to factor the loss of revenue during the groundshare into their thinking, or they could come a real cropper!
