Not much farmland left around Nuneaton as most farmland are growing houses.
I would put good money on them not wanting a noisy football ground in there back garden.
Plus your talking a average of £25,000 plus per acre (price not for potential development).
I know how farmer's thinks (I am one, well part time now) and they would want big money as near to the equivalent to housing development figure's if there to sell to a football club.
