There will be plenty of time to consider all options (if that's what we end up with?), while we are playing out of town, in any event...there is no rush!
Edit:
A private investor can make an offer for NBBC owned property, which the Council could consider favourably if it increases their capital reserve, particularly if the offer is significantly higher than what they paid for it.
