Another game of musical chairs with financial responsibility?

The Co-op seem to be averse to share ownership, so that leads to the formation of a CIC, limited by guarantee.

I'm not sure the Co-op would be too happy with that either?

A pointer could be:-

Chester City Supporters Society Ltd., trading as Chester Football Club, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which has no major shareholders.
