As per the statement, all of these are in advance discussion, but as they are not formally agreed they can't be announced. Some may not be far away, some may be longer.

The club hasn't been registered yet, the FA have been informed of the intent to register.

And one decision has been announced in the Statement- the new company with be a Community Interest Community (not for profit) and will most probably not have shares. This means owners cannot profit from dividends or by selling their stake. CICs also have regulatory constraints over debts and transparency of finances. And surplus funds remain in the club.
