As you say they should have been at The Oval, it was such a joyous occasion where I saw a new Nuneaton Town club starting out on its journey into the future.
It was fantastic to see more than 500 fans there who were so happy to watch a club which is being run in an extremely transparent way and basing its costings on very realistic incomings with no lack of ambition.
I saw a good few people that I had lost touch with and I can tell the disingenuous posters that tainted the forum on Saturday evening that nobody I spoke to at the Oval were at all perturbed by starting again at such a low level in fact quite the opposite because they were so happy and grateful to have a club to cheer on again.
