Gala Field

Gala Field is the logical location.

A groundshare between the Boro & the Nuns, which will bring both clubs back into the town & nearer to their fanbases.

It would need an initial outlay by NBBC of circa £1.25 million, to provide a 4G pitch/floodlights suitable for playing football & rugby, to build Changing Rooms & a solid periimeter fence.

This would free up the landowners at Liberty Way to re-develop that entire site & maybe put some of their cash into helping to further develop Gala Field?

Consideration could be given to bringing some/all of the 3 stand structures to Gala Field?

This would enable the Boro to concentrate on producing a Phased concept design to attract Grants, with the limited funds they have available.

With luck & a following wind & everyone co-operating happily(!) 5/6 years would be a realistic timescale to make some sort of impression.
