Warwickshire County Council Highways would be the Consultee who would take some convincing!
The Traffic Impact Assessment would be crucial to any hopes of building a new Stadium on that site.
It would be one of the first items on my agenda, commissioning a local traffic study.

Also, Highways England would be a part of the consultation process.
