Given size and strength of premier clubs it’s arguable what would be a wakened team.
I don’t believe and premier club lost to a lower league club this weekend (spurs probably the closest). The managers did what they are paid to do.
City didn’t do bad against a team going well in league 2 with Haaland, de brune, foden and De silver on the bench and walker/stones not in the squad.
Also easy for Liverpool and Chelsea of the big clubs.
Would Tamworth have minded if they had beaten a weak spurs (and it was a pretty strong line up) or lost easily to a stronger spurs side.
Like it or not - this is football now.
