Re: Time for plain speaking

I think your 'within 10-years' framework to return to the Southern League Premier Central is very realistic for the new Club.
Let me now add some Stadium logic to your thinking...
I believe that Nuneaton Town FC CIC should be considering remaining at The Oval for at least another 5 years.
I say that because that's how long (IMO) the NBBC planning process will take (at best) to find a suitable site & for the new Club to commence the build programme for a new Stadium in the town of Nuneaton.
Now, it has to be remembered that The Oval (IMO) will only be suitable for playing at Level 7/Step 3 (the SLPC).
To progress to the National League North, the Oval will need further development...back to FUTURE-PROOFING.
Now the dilemma, if the present custodians of the new Club think it is a dilemma?
If progress on the field is better than expected (& I am sure that is what the supporters would like to see?) the existing arrangement at The Oval/the new Stadium build (if possible) will need to keep pace with the on-field progress...
...the OFF-FIELD stuff needs to stay ahead of the ON-FIELD stuff JUST-IN-TIME...
Just my thoughts!
