Seems that way to me also . Reeci & Perkins are proper warriors at central defence but do lack pace . Hopefully the central defender from HSJ can sort that . Were the signing of the right back from HSJ leaves Edwards , who was superb last season is unknown . Edwards is a very versatile player who could cover various positions if needed . If we do play wing backs it's difficult to see how they can play both Jardine & Crossley without leaving the midfield short . The lad from Bilston would seem to be playing behind the front two that would leave just two places in midfield i'd say Carruthers & one of four or five possibles .
Of course they may do something completely different and there could be more signings yet , interesting to see what they do with a squad of around 20 and no obvious filler .
