Do you think Rachel Reeves will be that sympathetic?

You are a businessman Pod, you know how it works.

A Limited Company pays taxes, VAT & Corporation Tax on its profits, after the deduction of allowable costs to the business.

NTFC CIC is a Limited Company (possibly limited by Directorship), so is no different to any other Limited Company with respect to its tax liabilities.

It will be interesting to see what HMRC make of the 'Back to Nuneaton Fund'? (as an allowable cost?).

Edit:

Just as an aside, I believe NTFC CIC's Directors carry no personal tax liabilities in their roles, as they are only acting as Agents for the Company (I stand to be corrected?).
