Has the new Club been professionally valued?

There will come a time when NTFC CIC will need to secure loans.

The Town now has tangible assets & most certainly has goodwill & so a valuation would IMO be beneficial, to take advantage of the good start that has been achieved.

Edit:

Lee said in an earlier post that the Board were considering bringing his Directorship under the control of the Supporters Co-operative, giving the Co-op a 60% majority on the Board.

I don't see why you should fear giving the new Club away?

I think valuing the new Club would be a good move at this stage.
