On-field progress is very good.

It's off-field matters/revenue streams that could be improved.

Also, I am sure there will come a time at the Oval when improvements to the Stadium will be needed.

The Town would, IMO, be reasonably expected to help to fund those improvements.

It should be remembered that Grants could be made available to both Clubs (the Town & the Greenbacks) from
primarily the Football Foundation, to help towards those costs but they have qualification rules, which include a lease agreement for starters.

The Football Foundation website outlines all of their qualification rules in detail.

I don't know whether the Town currently have a lease
agreement in place for playing at the Oval, that has never been made clear?
