You have to establish your rock bottom/no frills base cost & work out how that is going to be paid for & then prioritise the items on your 'wish list' & work out how they are going to be paid for & make well thought out compromises as a part of your decision making process.

It is challenging, reality always is & you have to make some tough decisions but once you have completed that process you can go to NBBC & the funding bodies with confidence.
