The FA's ground-grading criteria for season 2025/2026 require new floodlighting installations to be 200 lux for both NLS Steps 3 & 4.

The minimum requirement for the EFL is 500 lux.

A satisfactory Planning Permission should consider the EFL requirement to future proof the new Club.
