Just read the very good article on the club website with the illustrations of where the site specifically is, how the site could look if we get permission (3G main pitch and a seperate grass pitch) and parking etc.

Initial plans are for 250 seats, with terrace either side of it that can be turned into another 125 seats either side of it (500 seats in total in the future).

Spot on IMO.
